Arranged Marriage Or Love Marriage? Whose Side You Are?

The first question that land on you as you hand out your wedding invitation card is, “is this arrange marriage or love marriage?”.

This is a hugely conflicted topic in India. People either believe in an arranged marriage or love marriage. For the older generation, love marriage is a kind of threat to humanity and culture and for the younger generation, arranged marriage is losing human rights.

Even after several debates and views, no one can be 100% sure, which marriages take you to a happy married life.

As both types come with pros and cons, it completely depends upon the nature of these two individuals rather than the way they met.

I have an amazing way to make you understand this. Let's say you need something

Case 1: Arranged marriage.

You have got some money with you from which you are going to buy that thing for you. Therefore, you check everywhere online, offline and finally after checking, cross-checking and bargaining you decide to buy that thing. So this is arranged marriage, that thing is your spouse, money is the qualities you have to offer to them. if your shopkeeper fooled you and give you defected piece, not worth your money then it's a bad deal but if you get something really nice then it's a good deal.

Case 2: Love marriage

You get a gift. By looking at the beautiful package you feel happy and excited and you accept that gift. Now it's your gift and you have to keep it no matter what.

Now, this is a love marriage. This gift is your spouse, and it doesn’t matter how much money you have, I mean you get it without offering anything. So when you open it you find something which you would never able to buy with the money you have then it's a good deal. But if you get something you will never need then it's a bad deal.

Whichever path you go make sure you choose it wisely and accept it wholeheartedly.
